You have the right to access, modify, delete and receive your personal data from us in digital format. To ensure that the request is made by you, we may ask you for further identification. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any event within four weeks. Once your request has been processed, the information you provided for identification purposes will be deleted.
We do not intend to collect personal data on children under the age of sixteen. However, we cannot control whether for example someone who sends us a contact request is over sixteen. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a child under sixteen without such consent, please contact us at privacy@humandigits.com. We will then delete this personal data immediately.
Automated decisions are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of an employee of Human Digits. We do not make decisions based on automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for individuals.
We take the protection of your data seriously and ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
